SynCoal

SynCoal is produced from non-organic waste fractions through ARC-V's thermal conversion and extrusion process. A direct alternative to high-grade coal and metallurgical coke, it can also serve as a high-purity reducing agent in chemical manufacturing. The conversion process releases only water vapour. No incineration. No dioxins.

Frass Fertilizer

ARC-V Frass is a high-micronutrient, ammonia-rich fertilizer with a unique high chitin content — essential for plant health, growth, and pest control. Safe for horticulture and general crops with no risk of chemical leaching into the environment. Also suited to topsoil regeneration of contaminated sites and mine rehabilitation. Every kilogram of Frass diverts 6kg of organic waste from landfill.

Bio-Oil

Conventional bio-fuel production competes with food security by diverting agricultural resources. ARC-V Bio-Oil is different — extracted from Black Soldier Fly larvae grown on contaminated waste streams including MSW, bio-solids, and agricultural waste, it aligns bio-fuel production with food security rather than competing with it. The refined oil meets bio-fuel specifications from biodiesel to sustainable aviation fuel (SAF).
